We have been carrying out catering equipment repairs and full safety checks for over thirty-five years. We will ensure that your ovens, ranges, fryers, burners and griddles, etc. are kept in the best of working condition with a complete maintenance and repairs service.
Mobile catering businesses in general run using LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) and there are many regulations relating to catering equipment that uses LPG. Only highly skilled and qualified engineers can perform inspections, servicing and repairs to equipment and provide certification.
We have many years of experience with LPG equipment for mobile catering businesses and we service, repair, install and certify both gas and electrical appliances and can provide gas bottle and or hose inspections.
Our Gas Safe registration covers us for both Natural Gas and LPG appliances, pipework and ventilation, and safety devices in accordance with current UK regulations, including Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) testing. Appliances we install, inspect, service and repair include:
Ovens, ranges, griddles and fryers
Dishwashers and glasswashers
Water boilers and urns
Bain maries
Gas Safety Interlock systems
Boiler installation and plumbing
GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATES
It is your legal responsibility to have an annual Gas Safety Inspection and Certification to comply with current Gas Safety Regulations if you wish to trade. You are also required to meet local council regulations.
Both Natural Gas and LPG are flammable gases, but LPG poses a greater danger. This is because LPG is heavier than air, allowing it to accumulate in low areas where it might go undetected by a detector.
